we went on a tour of the wine growing region of tarija, and on our way back passed the "angostura" of the Rio Tarija.

We took a trip up to Tajzara, the Tarijan Altiplano. My mom accidentally took several pictures with the camera on night mode, so they came out overexposed. This one of a woman and her little girl turned out pretty cool though.
